Nu se intampla asta doar in Romania. In toate tarile, de cand e banca, banca, incearca sa isi aduca in portofoliu firme mari pe care apoi sa le fidelizeze. Aparent, toti au de castigat. Bancile castiga clienti, iar acestia beneficiaza de reduceri pe care individual, nu le-ar fi obtinut. Ideea e sa obtii conturile acelor clienti care se dovedesc cei mai solvabili (si fireste, bancarizabili). De pilda, Vodafone.

Bancherii romani isi ajustau pretul produselor si incercau sa isi seduca viitorii clienti.
De pilda, iata oferta Bancpost. Ea poate fi comparata cu cea a BRD, cu cea a Raiffeisen sau cu cea a Unicredit.
Nu prea am vreme sa urc acum si alte oferte similare, ca am de raspuns unor mailuri urgente.

Care oferta credeti ca a fost aleasa in final?

P.S. Dupa ce obtin acordul BCR, am sa public si documentul privind provizioanele pe tari, valoarea si ponderea neperformantelor la finalul lui 2009.

Unele banci reduc salariile din oferta de angajare

Nu toate bancile disponibilizeaza sau ingheata numarul de angajati. Exista jucatori care in aceasta perioada fac recrutari, in special de la concurenta, pe bani mai putini insa. Drept dovada, public acum o oferta a unei banci datata luna aceasta, facuta unui angajat de la competitie. Daca in urma cu 6 luni, salariul oferit pentru acel post era de 2100 lei, acum el nu trece de 1700 lei. Discut de salariul brut, fara prime, sporuri, bonusuri etc. Asadar, iata cum arata o oferta ferma de angajare din partea unei banci locale

Ofertele speciale ale unor banci, adresate marilor corporatii – un mar otravit

Se stie, bancile incearca sa agate companiile cu multi angajati, oferindu-le diverse bonusuri de care e mai bine sa te feresti in realitate. Orange, Vodafone, Renault etc sunt asaltate de banci care le promit mareasi mai ales sarea, in speranta ca respectivele companii isi vor muta conturile la ei. M`am uitat peste niste asemenea oferte (de regula se fac in powerpoint si se prezinta ca pe o mare izbanda a bancii in lupta cu dobanzile) si la unele am ras in hohote, vazand ce diferente mici sunt intre banci, semn ca cineva din compania vizata “toarna” ofertele primite, jucatorilor concurenti.

Azi voi atasa oferta BRD adresata Grupului Renault. Daca veti calcula, o sa vedeti ca in final clientul nu se alege cu mari avantaje comparativ cu alte banci. In plus, o mica nota de subsol mi`a dat fiori. “Banca îsi rezerva dreptul de a modifica dobânzile si tarifele fara informare prealabila”. Corect , tata! Daca se poate, tine`le pe toate la secret, ca nu`i musai sa afle tot ghertzoiul cat e dobanda.
